We tested ten chassis (five 4-axle and five 5-axle) that had been treated with Ultra-Seal for two years and only needed to change one tyre throughout.
Our breakdowns on these vehicles have decreased by 78% so overall operational and monetary savings on our fleet of more than 1500 trailers would be enormous - the decision to have all new chassis equipped with Ultra-Seal from the factory was therefore easily made.

We have started using Ultra-Seal on 35 mega trailers and are extensively monitoring their tyre performance. So far, we are happy to discover an average of 8,5 bar air pressure after 12 months without re-inflating the tyres in between.
The next running year will give us even more of an insight into the decreased number of punctures, breakdowns and less tyre wear due to the good tyre pressure in comparison to non-Ultra-Seal filled tyres.
